The dedicated staff, particularly Paula and Neiva, truly went above and beyond, assisting our children and ensuring we felt at home, despite the language barrier with other team members. Our room on the fourth floor was clean and comfortably arranged, providing a quiet retreat at the end of a busy day. The varied dinner menu was a highlight, featuring different cuisines, and it offered us a chance to sample new dishes like fresh fish, which was appreciated. The hotel's family-friendly amenities stood out; the outdoor pool kept our children entertained for hours, while we enjoyed some downtime on the large balcony, soaking in the sun. Although the location isn't directly on the beach, the nearby boardwalk added convenience for leisurely strolls. For families seeking a balanced blend of relaxation and recreation, Hotel Monterrey is worth considering.
